At UggaZ, every item is shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. Because we ship internationally, please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.
Before You Return Anything
Please contact us first. Do not ship any item back to us before reaching out to hi@uggaz.com (or via the chat widget on uggaz.com). Returns sent without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
To start a return or report an issue, email us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Reported to us within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defect:
- Made-to-order or custom items (including but not limited to custom pet feeder stations)
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How We Resolve Issues
Once we receive your return request, we will review it and respond within 2–3 business days. Depending on the situation, we may offer, at our discretion:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A partial or full refund
- Instructions for returning the item, if applicable
Because we ship from overseas, we may not require the item to be physically returned to us in every case — this will be determined based on the specific issue and will be communicated to you directly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — processing times can vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at hi@uggaz.com.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
