1. About us
UggaZ (uggaz.com) is operated by Cheese Limited ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong SAR (BRN: 75613949), registered address No. 5, 17/F, Strand 50, 50 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Products
Many of our products are handmade, hand-carved, or hand-painted from natural materials. Small variations in color, shape, size, and texture between pieces are normal, not defects — we call these out specifically on each product page under "heads up."

Some items are made for display, decoration, or human use only and are explicitly marked as such (for example: "not chew-safe," "display only," "not a dog toy"). These labels are there for a reason. It's your responsibility to read them and use each product only as intended.

3. Intended use & safety
You are responsible for supervising pets, children, or any other users around our products, and for following the usage guidance stated on each product page. We are not liable for injury, illness, property damage, or any other harm resulting from a product being used in a way other than as described on its listing — including a display item being given to a pet or child as a toy.

4. Pricing & order acceptance
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices and product information are accurate, but errors can happen — if a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order affected by it, and will notify you if this happens.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including product names, photography, written copy, and the UggaZ brand — is owned by Cheese Limited or used under license, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of Hong Kong SAR, Cheese Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cheese Limited harmless from any claim or demand arising from your misuse of our products or your violation of these terms.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
