Shipping policy
shipping (now global)
we ship to every country our logistics network actually covers — not just wherever a sales channel happens to list us. enter your address at checkout to see if you're covered; more countries get added as we confirm coverage.
processing time: 1–4 business days. we don't keep everything in one warehouse — when you order, we're placing it with the right maker for that piece, then packing it and sending it out.
transit time: usually 7–15 business days once it ships. farther destinations can run a little longer.
order to door: usually 10–19 days depending on where you are. if it's been longer than that, email us at hi@uggaz.com.
shipping cost
one rule everywhere: free on orders $36 and up. under $36 it's a flat rate by region:
- $5.99 — mainland china, hong kong, and most of asia-pacific
- $9.99 — north america, europe, and most of the middle east and latin america
- $14.99 — everywhere else we ship
the exact rate shows at checkout once you enter your address; that's the one that counts.
hong kong and mainland china run faster than everywhere else — 2–5 business days.
express is off for now. one shipping option that works beats two that don't. we'll bring a faster line back once the standard one has a track record.
taxes and duty
us. import duty is prepaid before your box leaves china. nothing to settle with the courier, nothing owed at the door.
eu. vat and import duty are already included in the price you see. same deal, no second bill.
mexico. customs there won't release a parcel without the recipient's RFC or CURP. if you're ordering from mexico, email it to hi@uggaz.com once your order is placed, or the box will sit at the border. there's also a value ceiling on this route, so a large order may need to go out as two.
everywhere else. duty is prepaid on most routes. switzerland is the main one that isn't — orders over about $70 get charged on arrival, and we can't pay that ahead for you. if your country works the same way, your carrier will tell you before delivery.
where it ships from: everything ships from china — that's part of why transit runs longer than a domestic order would.
