Shipping policy

shipping (currently U.S. only)

processing time: 1–4 business days. we don't keep everything in one warehouse — when you order, we're placing it with the right maker for that piece, then packing it and sending it out. most orders ship within 4 business days.

transit time: 7–14 business days once it ships.

heads up: total time from order to your door usually lands somewhere between 10–16 days. if it's been longer than that, email us at hi@uggaz.com.

shipping cost: free on orders $36+. under that, a flat rate applies at checkout.

duties & import taxes: included in what you pay at checkout. no surprise charges when your package arrives.

where it ships from: everything ships from China — that's part of why the transit time runs a bit longer than a domestic order would.

we currently only ship within the United States. more countries coming as we grow.
