a ceramic tile the size of your palm. raised gold lines you can feel with a thumbnail, over patterns copied off old shophouse floors.

glazed ceramic face, cork back. the gold is foil, fired in relief — it catches light at an angle and vanishes head-on. fourteen patterns, each one a different floor, so a stack of them does not match. on purpose.
